This is the Bio on William Damark a history to date… Though most of you who may be reading this for the first time may have just met him he is indeed an old Member of Asgard…being present in the beginning... Originally of Another realm he was led to Asgard by the great book. This is tale on the events leading to his arrival, and extended absence within the realm.

William was born not to royalty but to a poor fishing family or so he was led to believe.  Born near the Sea of Sorrows in a small fishing village on the borders of Chellena, on the world of Tenebra. It’s planar location having been lost to his knowledge.  He started his life there in the village living his first 6 years of life with his parents. William was born with a gift. The gift to control the 5^th element known to the world as magic. In the nation of his birth to be born with this gift was both a blessing and a curse. The blessing is that by law all magically inclined individuals will receive training in the arts of magic. The curse is that those who have magic are carefully supervised and never know true freedom. Most families who end up having a child that shows magical abilities try to hide the child from the government for they know that should the Kingdom discover their abilities the parents will never see their child again. For they take the children away to the Academies to be conditioned and trained.

  Later in life Williams true family descent is eventually revealed to him. But that is something for a later time.......

William was in a sense lucky, in that he was able to spend so many years with his parents and to have a memory of them. However it did not last. On the day of his 6^th Birthday,  the Royal Magi came to retrieve him. The parents did all that they could to keep this from happening but in the end they were forced to comply with the laws, for failure to comply would mean death. That day would be the last time he would ever see his parents. The magi took him to the Academies for training. For the next 14 years he would undergo training in the ways of the Warrior Mage. For he demonstrated while still young a mastery of the sword, as well as a natural affinity to magic.

During this time Will never forgot being taken from his parents and vowed that no matter how long it took he would break free of the near slavery he was kept in for much of his life. Working hard he gained the respect of his teachers and commanders. Demonstrating “loyalty” to the kingdom He quickly  attained a position as an officer in the Mage Core. There he was given command of a group called the Seekers, a unit of Magi Warriors whose job was to seek out and eliminate Rouge Magi. On his first mission they were sent to investigate reports of an Arch-Magi that had taken up residence near the Village of Senneca, The place of William’s Birth. William seeing his opportunity to finally escape the tyranny of Chellena took his small squad out to the dwelling of the Magi Agregar. Agregar knew very well that the squad was on its way and prepared to face them. Before the squad reached its destination Will ordered them to hold back while he scouted ahead.

As he left the squad behind Will approached Agregar under a flag of truce. It was there that Will negotiated with Ag that he would assist Ag to defeat the squad in exchange for his help in escaping Chellena. Ag agreed on all things but insisted that Will become his apprentice and assist him on his quest. William agreed hastily for he could smell his freedom at hand. During the ensuing battle between Ag and the squad William turned on his own men and began dispatching them using some of the most deadly of the arts he knew. His skill further impressed Ag.

After the battle, which devastated the area, Ag and Will set off and crossed into Chellena’s neighboring nation the Empire of Nathak. For the next 5 years Will was an apprentice of Agregar a renowned Chronomancer and successful planes walker. It was there that William learned an understanding of Chronomancy and how to work it as well as an understanding of Planeswalking. Now Agregar was an ancient man by normal standards. Being of the age of 230 or so years, he was obsessed with finding a way to become immortal. He knew that the magics he was using to maintain his lengthened life would soon no longer be able to support him. He set off searching for the secret of immortality.

Traveling the planes and teaching William what he needed to know in order to assist with the mad quest, he came across a way to become Immortal. He had to only make a deal with a demon. William was just returning from an assignment from Agregar when he came across Ag making the deal with the demon. William seeing the evil pact challenged Agregar with the intent to kill this evil before it began to spread. The battle was intense destroying and laying waste to nearly 3 miles of land. The battle ended with William dispatching Agregar but not before he had been grievously wounded, cursed by Agregar and sent to another plane. One in which he did not know how to return from. The curse to William did not make sense to him at the time but as time wore on it would become all to obvious.

William recovered eventually from the battle, and set off on a journey to find his home. For many years he sought hints or clues as to how to return to his home to no avail. During his travels he made many friends. Some accompanied him on his quest, others assisted by researching the libraries. After nearly 20 years of searching he discovered that he was not aging. In fact he looked the same age as when he began searching for his home. His friends had grown old, and some had died. Time would pass further for him and he would watch his friends grow old and die and their children would do the same. He was cursed with Immortality. Knowing this he ceased to find happiness in the world for he knew that all he befriended would wither and die. And yet he would never change.

For nearly 2800 years he traveled the plains looking for happiness, and looking for a way to end this curse. It was on a plane similar to his home that he discovered an amazing Druidess by the name of Mila. He fell in love with her in a blinding whirling romance poets sing of to this day. They were quickly engaged and on the day of their wedding a tragedy struck that would forever alter Will. Agregar returned from the “dead”.

Agregar had not truly died but had become a demon. Imprisoned in the void until his curse was broken by Will. The curse of Agregar to Will was to walk for all eternity never to experience true happiness. When Will met Mila he had forgotten all about his search for home and decided to settle down with Mila and live with her for the remainder of her life. Agregar suddenly found himself after 2800 years of torment free of the void. He set off to take revenge against Will.

His plan was simply, to kill William’s love and then to kill Will himself. He set up a place in which to ambush Mila. However his plans were thwarted when William discovered him lying in wait. A battle ensued between the two. Mila being near the site heard the commotion and went to see what was going on. When she arrived on site to see what was going on Ag and Will were locked in mortal combat. Upon her arrival Ag decided to end the battle with a decisive and overwhelming spell, Will, having seen Mila enter knew he had to end it or she may be harmed. So he too risking a massive overtaxing of his strength cast his final most devastating spell. Both finished casting at the exact same point in time. Both spells seeking to overcome the other, the resulting rift formed by the competing magics detonated sending both fighters to different worlds. William having heavily overtaxed himself appeared near a hospice of a realm he did not know of.

He spent nearly a year recovering from the verge of death. Even though he had no will the skills of those attending to him did bring him back from the brink. Will had no wish to live due to his loss of Mila. He, thinking that she was killed in the resulting backlash. Having recovered and repaid the hospice for its services he set off to find his end. He traveled for nearly 1000 years. It was during these wanderings that he came across a book lying off on the side of the road he was walking. Being curious he took up the book and began to read it. In it he discovered a new reason to go on, a new reason to live. He found the Vision. In it he discovered a way to Asgard and set off to find it.

It took Will several months to find Asgard; upon arriving he fell completely in love with the place. First spending days merely wandering the city taking in its sites he finally went to the Castle and offered his services to the Queen and King. Over the next few years he served them loyally and became a trusted friend. During his time here he discovered that his lost love was also in Asgard. However he was afraid to approach her for he feared she may have forgotten him. It would be some time before both realized they still remembered and loved each other even after all the time that had passed.

  It was some time after William had come to Asgard before he became aware of his true bloodline.  As that of a descendent of the D'Manjrick line. A younger brother to Athena. He was separated from his lineage for reasons only Majestica truly knows. And is becoming more and more apparent as trials and tribulations arise for the beleaguered Nation of Asgard. 

It was soon after that they decided to again try to marry. But it was not to be. The curse upon William called his old nemesis Ag to him. William not wishing to subject his home to the violence that their confrontation would bring set off to hunt down and kill him… His Quest has kept him away for several years to no avail. Exhausted and home sick he returns home…. but Evil still lurks in the shadows.

 Since his return from the Quest numerous things have occurred. Some for better, a few for worse. Lord William and Lady Mila have finally wed. Agregar has been destroyed utterly,  things seem to be baring well with them. His first born child, Ilish has entered into the world, and he has expanded his magical studies and knowledge. Lilyan Angelic, followed a shortly afterwards,

As of now 7 years after the birth of Lily, Mila and William have separated. Mila having sided with the forces of darkness, their union could not hold together being on opposite fronts. He has since wedded Cara Lizette Rosethorn and Produced a Son and Heir to the throne. Cara has since been crowned Empress of the lands, and lives happily with her husband and Emperor.
