The Haligan Project?

What is the Haligan Project? Well quite simply it is a collection of High Fantasy Role Play rooms, all cooperating together to improve on the whole of online RP experience.  Each room within the realm represents a different planet, or collection of planets within the same universe. Sharing a fairly common set of rules, so that those involved in other worlds, can function easily within the other worlds associated with the project. The RC's and story tellers get together on a fairly regular basis to present ideas, and story lines to the other RC's so that everyone involved in them may participate in a story of Epic proportions. Now each world is autonomous in and of itself, and will vary in their cultures. They are headed by their RC's, whose word and decrees are final, and not subject to negotiation or appeal. 

A few things that will be addressed are memberships ect. Any RC, or those whom the RC designate as having the right to offer memberships, does not offer just membership to the room. But to the entirety of the realm. Meaning, any person who bears the tags of the realm, can travel freely between the rooms, and all the rights and responsibilities of a member of those rooms. Now, this does not mean that all members of the realm are good, or are they all evil. It takes both to operate this kind of project. However due to the inevitable influx of the non desirable within the realm, all approved constant Evil entities, will also be approved storytellers. 

Now there will be two levels of storytellers. There are the room ST's, which are those individuals granted the privilege of being a storyteller by the RC of that particular room. Then there are the Realm Story Tellers. RST's are story tellers who have demonstrated a superior understanding of Continuity RP with regards to a realm, and have been approved by a vast majority of the RC's. ((read Unanimously approved, or approved with some abstaining)) Now remember any Realm Storyteller, may start a storyline in any room. That can have DEVASTATING consequences to the room in question, and the realm in general. As such Realm ST's will be highly trusted and well known and liked persons within the realm itself. To keep conflict to a minimum. Now all RC's are RST's by nature of the beast. So in order for a room to be able to join the Project, a vote of the current RC's of the project will be the means to enter the project as a full citizen world. All RC's and RST's will be recorded on pages within this site. And shall have all major characters of that individual listed, so that all will be aware of who they can go to should any issues arise. 

Now as you can probably tell there will be a lot of information that the realm will need to generally keep track of, as well as individual rooms.  All of this will be discussed with all RC's coming into the fold of the system at large.
