General rules and regs, these rules are the basis for the realm and those joining in. These rules are universally accepted through all rooms associated with the project.

1. The system used for the project is a modified free form application. Please see system rules located further within this site.

2. All persons involved in the project will remain respectful to the typists behind the characters and will remember that this is a role-playing game, and real time is to be left at the entry portal. We are here to play and have fun. Private Message's are for Real Time discussions. 

3. RC's and RST are the final arbitrators on RP. If you feel an RST has judged unfairly you may appeal to the RC's for a ruling on it. At that time you will be given a ruling based on the review of the role-play by the RC's of the realm, and will be informed of the final decision. After that there are no more appeals, the declaration is retroactively binding, and permanent. 

IE, an RST declares Bob the Builder dead, because a building fell on him. Bob's typist believes that Bob should have survived the building falling on him because he was in Exotonium Plate armor, and that metal is the strongest in the universe. So he appeals the decision to the RC's. We RC's take a look and see yep Bob had a building dropped on him. However due to bobs armor he survives the initial impact of the building. Unfortunately, He's buried under 1 million tons of rubble, cant move, and has no air to breath. Therefore he is dead of suffocation. And if the cleaners get to his body before it rots to badly. He will be able to have an open casket funeral as his body is intact...  Sorry Bob, you are still dead. 

4. Membership in one room of the project, is membership in all rooms of the project. Having all of the rights and privileges associated with a member of the room.
